Track the location, movement, and status of kegs in real time. Designed for wineries and breweries to monitor keg inventory and customer holdings.

Setup
Enable Keg Tracker
  1. Open Settings in your Telesto dashboard
  2. Navigate to the second tab
  3. Check Enable Keg Tracker
  4. Save your settings

Once enabled, the Keg Tracker button will appear on your main dashboard.

Mark Products as Kegs
  1. Go to Products and select a product
  2. Check Is this a keg?
  3. Fill in keg capacity and dimensions
  4. Save the product

Only products marked as kegs will appear in the Keg Tracker module.

Tracking Keg Locations
Set Keg Location
  1. Open Keg Tracker from your dashboard
  2. Tap the red arrow button (➔) to add a transaction
  3. Select your keg product
  4. Choose location:
    • In warehouse - Select specific warehouse
    • With customer - Select customer from list
  5. Set date and add notes if needed
  6. Save the transaction
View Keg Status

The main Keg Tracker screen shows:

  • Total kegs in warehouse vs. with customers
  • Visual bar chart of keg distribution
  • Individual keg listings with current location
  • Days at current location (0 Days = just moved)
Filtering and Reports
Filter Kegs by Location
  1. In Keg Tracker, tap the filter icon (top right)
  2. Set filter options:
    • Customer - View kegs with specific customers
    • Warehouse - View kegs in specific warehouses
    • Sort by - Organize by keg name
    • Sort order - Ascending or descending
  3. Tap Filter Report to apply
Pro Tips

Quick Status Check: The dashboard shows at-a-glance totals - "1 in warehouse, 2 with customer" - so you can instantly see your keg distribution.

Customer Management: When you select "With customer," Telesto automatically starts tracking how long that keg stays with them, helping you manage collection schedules.

Tap any keg row to view its complete movement history and see exactly how long it has spent at each location.
