Getting Subscription Receipts

When a subscription is purchased, Apple or Google will send a receipt to your email address.

Switching Plans (Upgrade to Platinum)

You can switch plans at any time by following the platform-specific steps below.

Apple App Store
Change Subscription on iOS:
  1. Open the App Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find Telesto: Inventory Management
  5. Tap See All Plans or Change Subscription
  6. Select the new plan
  7. Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or password
Google Play
Change Subscription on Android:
  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
  4. Tap Subscriptions
  5. Select Telesto
  6. Tap Manage, then Update or Change plan
  7. Choose the new plan and confirm

Apple and Google wait until your current active plan expires to activate the new plan. If you don't want to wait, contact us!

Cancel a Trial or Subscription

To cancel your free trial and avoid being billed, follow the steps below for your platform.

Google Play (Android)
Cancel on Android:
  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
  3. Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  4. Find Telesto in the list
  5. Tap Cancel subscription

Even free trials appear under "Subscriptions" and can be canceled this way.

App Store (iOS)
Cancel on iOS:
  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Telesto from the list
  5. Tap Cancel Free Trial or Cancel Subscription

If you don't see the subscription listed, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple or Google account used when starting the trial.
