Quick Stock History View

For a quick look at recent transactions, use the Stock History feature:

Steps to View Recent Transactions:
  1. Go to the Stock Updater section
  2. Tap the clock icon in the top right corner
  3. Choose Stock History from the menu
  4. View recent transactions from the last 5 days

You can use the filter menu to view transactions from a larger date range or see all historical data.

Generate Detailed Transaction Reports

For comprehensive reports with filtering options and export capabilities, use the Reports section:

Steps to Generate Transaction Reports:
  1. Navigate to the Reports section
  2. Choose the "Transactions #1" report
  3. Apply filters if needed:
    • Filter by specific product
    • Filter by user who made the transaction
    • Set custom date ranges
  4. Tap Show Report to generate the results
Export Your Reports

To save or share your transaction reports:

  1. Tap the PDF icon in the top right corner of the report
  2. Choose your preferred format:
    • PDF: For printing or sharing professional reports
    • Excel: For further analysis or data manipulation

Understanding Transaction History:
Your transaction history shows all inventory movements with details including transaction type (IN/OUT), quantities, dates, products involved, and which user performed each action. This creates a complete audit trail for your inventory management.
