Before adding products to your inventory, we recommend setting up at least one warehouse location to organize your stock effectively.

Create Your First Warehouse
Steps to Create a Warehouse:
  1. Tap the Warehouses button on the main screen
  2. Tap the red plus (+) icon at the bottom right
  3. Enter a Warehouse name (this is the only required field)
  4. Toggle "Set as default warehouse" to enable it
  5. Tap Save Changes

Why Create a Warehouse First?
Warehouses help you organize inventory by location, making it easier to track stock across different areas of your business, whether that's physical locations, storage areas, or departments.

Add Your First Product

Now that you have a warehouse set up, let's create your first product.

Steps to Create a Product:
  1. Tap the Products button on the main screen
  2. Tap the red plus (+) icon at the bottom right
  3. Fill in the essential product information:
    • Product Name: Required - what you call this item
    • UPC/EAN: Required - barcode or unique identifier
    • Purchase Price & Selling Price: Optional but recommended
  4. Add your initial Stock on Hand by selecting your warehouse and entering the quantity
  5. Tap Save Changes to create your product

Quick Tip:
If you have multiple warehouses, tap the + icon in the Stock on Hand section to add inventory across different locations for the same product.
